Seminars
The main seminar series of our Center is the Penn Bioinformatics Forum (PBF). This popular seminar series attracts not only the Penn community, but also members of the bioinformatics community in the larger Philadelphia area.
In addition to PBF, practical workshops on bioinformatics/computational biology tools and analyses are being offered by the Penn Bioinformatics Core.
The Greater Philadelphia Bioinformatics Alliance (GPBA), a regional alliance of research and teaching institutions, sponsors an annual retreat and biannual seminar talks as well as short courses and a summer program.
An extensive list of other relevant research talks and seminars is regularly compiled and updated by the Penn Genomics Institute.
